We have Central Air Conditioning at our Spofford Lake rental house

and it makes all the difference…..Had a nice chat with a renter who told me he loves that we have central AC. We are in the midst of a heat wave. He was saying the other places he rented on Spofford Lake in the past did not have central AC, and they couldn’t sleep during the hot nights. Very uncomfortable! Our central AC is a great feature.
